We have been reorganizing from our initial hub & spoke model a bit to assure the sustainability of our effort.  Here's a sketch of where we seem to be headed:

1. We will organize quarterly community potlucks that promote conversation and education about food and food issues in our community -- a speaker, a movie, a discussion... which allow us to keep informed, get to know our neighbors, and also have some food fun.
   
   
2. There will be 3 working committees that tackle most of the WDFC's work and projects.  They will meet about monthly to check in on progress and update task lists.

3. A steering committee will meet quarterly to share information across committees, brainstorm future directions and make sure the momentum stays moving in a forward direction.  A smaller, executive committee will also meet between these steering committee meetings to stay on top of the to-do lists that get generated by the steering committee.
